Diaspora: DiaQuette: Things to do and things not to do.

DiaQuette: Things to do and things not to do.

AI (Rin/Klyn ect.) killing: The non-PK way of gaining EXP.

- If you enter a sector and you see a fight well under way, do not engage. If you do engage, it is called "kill stealing" which is considered lame by many. Some guilds will attack kill stealers. If you accidentally did steal a kill, apologise and hand over the reward (if any). This excludes Klyn Seekers and Klyn Fighters, since these give you no EXP or cash.

- If you have just defeated an AI and there is another fight going on in the sector, do not engage if it did not start 3 seconds before.

- If at any time a taken AI attacks you, you may engage it. If you kill it then, split the reward, if any.

PKing: Altough some seem to think it bad in general, PKing (killing non-AI players) is just a part of the game. But do it with style.

- Do not PK newbies, especially in the Gen Zone. You will only scare new players away. Don't attack anything less then a Zephyr Hunter. Rather extend that to an Arachne Hunter. These newbies probably pack a K14, if any weapon at all, and pose little to no threat.

- If at any time, PKing or not, you are attacked, you may fire back.

Planetfighting: Is engaging someone above a planet.

- Don't planetfight unless it leads somewhere. If you have a stronger vessel and start PKing above a planet, or just hunt someone down, the opponent will just land once damaged.

- If you want to keep someone down on the planet, you can force him/her down. Why you would want this eludes me...

- If someone engages you above a planet, you may always fire back.

- Engaging AI (Rin,Klyn ect.) above a planet is NOT planefighting, since these bots just don't land.
