The DarkaSpora Miniskin
Noticing how damn laggish and how insanely big the game really is, I decided to create a lighter version. I took all of the game's nonessential graphics, and blacked them out. This means, no background, no no rotating images ect... But it keeps the planet backgrounds and all graphics you can click on, and most icons. This release has been tested by me ingame, I found no problems... Exept that you might find this skin a little dark...
The download includes the Helios patch, so when you reach the plans you'll not need to download it. The download is a self-extracting WinRAR archive, size 655 Kb. Small enough to fit on a floppy :). Uncompressed it takes about 1.98 MB. (instead of the 13 normally used).

Next project: Compressing the images without loss of them... I expect that to come at about 6 MB in the end... But I shall wait untill AFTER the next patch to commence work on that.
